Service Description
Personalized 30-Minute Walks for Your Pup! We tailor each walk to meet your dog’s individual needs, ensuring they get the exercise and care they deserve. Our team always checks the pavement temperature to keep your pup safe during walks. Price includes up to 2 dogs, with an additional $5 for each extra dog. Available daily from 6 AM to 9 PM, year-round, rain or shine. Longer walks available upon request. Let us help keep your dog happy, healthy, and active!
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments & Scheduling Services are available by appointment only. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability. Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments at least 5 days in advance. A confirmation will be sent via email, text, or phone call 24 hours before the appointment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $30. No-shows will be subject to the full service charge. 3. Payment & Billing Payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Late payments may be subject to a $30 late fee after 3 days. 4. We strive for excellence in every service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours for a resolution. Refunds will only be issued in cases of service errors or failure to deliver agreed-upon care. Partial refunds or service credits may be offered based on the situation.
