Service Description
Our dog walking service provides your pet with a refreshing and invigorating walk in your neighborhood. Our experienced walkers ensure your dog's safety and happiness, giving them the exercise they need. Two hours of socialization and exercise. Includes pick-up and drop-off. You choose where we go! Longer outings can be accommodated for an additional fee Price includes 1 pet, each additional is $45.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments & Scheduling Services are available by appointment only. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability. Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments at least 5 days in advance. A confirmation will be sent via email, text, or phone call 24 hours before the appointment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $30. No-shows will be subject to the full service charge. 3. Payment & Billing Payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Late payments may be subject to a $30 late fee after 3 days. 4. We strive for excellence in every service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours for a resolution. Refunds will only be issued in cases of service errors or failure to deliver agreed-upon care. Partial refunds or service credits may be offered based on the situation.
