Our Vet Visit Service is designed to make this process as smooth and comfortable as possible. We'll accompany your pet to their appointment, providing extra care and reassurance throughout the visit. Our team ensures your pet feels calm and secure before, during, and after the appointment. We'll keep them relaxed, offer soothing attention, and be there to help with any transport or paperwork. Think of it as a trusted friend accompanying your pet—someone who knows exactly how to make them feel at ease in a new, potentially overwhelming environment. Service includes transportation to and from the vet and support throughout the appointment. We’ll be there to offer gentle companionship, ensuring your pet remains comfortable in unfamiliar surroundings. Ideal for pets who may feel nervous at the vet or for owners who need an extra hand with transportation. Let us help make your pet’s vet visit a calm and positive experience!
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments & Scheduling Services are available by appointment only. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability. Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments at least 5 days in advance. A confirmation will be sent via email, text, or phone call 24 hours before the appointment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $30. No-shows will be subject to the full service charge. 3. Payment & Billing Payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Late payments may be subject to a $30 late fee after 3 days. 4. We strive for excellence in every service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours for a resolution. Refunds will only be issued in cases of service errors or failure to deliver agreed-upon care. Partial refunds or service credits may be offered based on the situation.
